The Midland SPCA offers a low-cost spay/neuter clinic, as well as a shot clinic. Their prices are very low, enabling pet owners with lower income levels to have their pets neutered. Prices range from $30-$60 depending on the gender of the animal and whether it’s a dog or cat. The MSPCA also does cruelty investigations and helps educate the public.
